My name is Kim Henderson, and I am the Natural Storyteller.
I use the phrase “natural storyteller” because every successful natural product has a unique story. What distinguishes a product in the marketplace and boosts sales is how well that story is being communicated.
That’s where I come in.
I’ve been working in the natural products industry for more than 15 years, writing and editing stories in the form of celebrity/health expert interviews, DSHEA-compliant articles, SEO marketing content, books, newsletters, infographics, video summaries, web copy, product copy and marketing & training materials.
I honed my craft serving as managing editor of the national natural health publication, Healthy Living, for nearly a decade. Managing the production of more than 100 magazine issues, I became an expert in writing and editing stories about some of the most successful brands in the business including Garden of Life, Aubrey Organics, New Chapter, Barlean’s Organic Oils, EuroPharma USA, Earth Friendly Products, Kyolic/Wakunaga, Dr. Bronner’s, Sunlighten Saunas, Sovereign Silver and many others.
In my own business, I’ve created educational and sales-boosting marketing copy and digital content for successful companies such as BrainMD Health, MacroLife Naturals, Mushroom Matrix, Hyalogic, and Lakeview Natural Health Center, to name a few. And in writing an award-winning book, 50 Simple Steps to Save the World’s Rainforests (Freedom Press, 2012), I essentially marketed the message of environmental activism through shopping and lifestyle choices—an important message that supports many fantastic mission-driven natural products.
I absolutely love helping good companies and great natural products succeed. It’s the “why” behind what I do—and it is what makes me the Natural Storyteller.
